Preparation Time
After order confirmation and receipt of payment, the preparation time is a maximum of 2 business days. For orders including at least one item personalised with embroidery, an additional delay of up to 5 days is added to the initial preparation time. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment has been received.
Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Home delivery: 2 to 3 business days Collection point: 2 to 4 business days A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can then visit the carrier's website to track the progress of your parcel.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method and destination.
Free shipping applies to mainland France only. It is available from €70 for collection point delivery and €90 for home delivery.
