For every €1 spent, you earn 1 point in your loyalty fund.
Once you reach 150 points, exchange your points for a €10 voucher.
These vouchers are valid for 3 months and can be used freely, even during promotional periods.
Points, on the other hand, are valid for 12 months.
How does the Tradition des Vosges loyalty program work?
Receive 1 reward point for every €1 spent (excluding shipping costs).
Example No. 1: You place an order for €20 + €6 in shipping costs.
You will then receive 20 points in your account.
Example No. 2: You make a purchase of €158 in-store.
You receive 158 points to convert into a voucher.
Log in to your customer account to access your loyalty fund statement.
The loyalty fund accumulated during a purchase is only valid once the withdrawal period for your order has passed, i.e. 30 days. Any cancelled or returned order results in the cancellation of the accumulated reward.
Any return made within the 30-day period will result in the cancellation of the corresponding loyalty points.
