la commande ne correspond pas au descriptif du point de vue des démentions alors que l'on avait demander conseil via le contact direct

Bonjour, sauf erreur de notre part, vous nous avez demandé des conseils, à savoir quelles dimensions de drap housse acheter pour un lit 140x190 et nous vous avons répondu du mieux possible. Concernant la hauteur du matelas, le vôtre fait 30cm, d'après ce que vous nous avez écrit. Nous vous avons répondu que nos drap housse font 35 cm, étant donnée que votre matelas fait 30cm, ce sera tous juste parce que préconisons un bonnet : hauteurs de matelas + 7 cm. Pour votre matelas, il faudrait donc prendre un drap housse 140x190 bonnets de 37cm et malheureusement, nous n'avons pas cela dans nos gammes. Si vraiment votre article ne vous convient pas, à réception de votre commande, vous avez 14 jours pour nous le retourner, sous conditions.
