EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Delivery problems

On receiving the items, you must sign a delivery slip with the carrier’s delivery man. If the original packaging is damaged in any way, torn open or opened, you must check the condition of each item in their presence. In case any item is damaged, you must refuse the package and notify your reservations on the delivery slip (“package rejected because it was opened and / or damaged”) as well as notify the Textiles Granges sur Vologne company within 3 working days. ?

In case you should fail to follow the procedure described above, no complaint on the part of our customers will be accepted.

Defective or non-conform products

In case one of your items is damaged or non- conform to what is indicated on the delivery slip, you will have to notify the Textiles Granges sur Vologne company as follows :

That way we will be able to send you a return authorization with a specific number via email. Any complaint which did not follow the procedure described above or was not made within the time allowed, will not be accepted and will free Textiles Granges sur Vologne from any further obligation to meet your request. The company will meet the return costs in case there is an issue (defective product, delivery mistake) by sending you a “return slip”. In case of a delivery mistake or an exchange, any returned product will have to be handed back whole to the carrier, in mint condition and in its original packaging. The product will be automatically exchanged provided it is still available, or refunded in case it is not.

Right of withdrawal

Our customers have 14 working days after they receive their order to notify Textiles Granges sur Vologne of their decision to cancel their order and to get a refund, with no penalty except for the return costs.
