Preparation Time

After order confirmation and receipt of payment, the preparation time is a maximum of 2 working days.

For orders including at least one item customized with embroidery, an additional delay of up to 5 days is added to the initial preparation time.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment is received.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.

Home delivery: 2 to 3 working days

Pickup point: 2 to 4 working days

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can then visit the carrier's website to track your parcel.

Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery location.

Free delivery is only available for mainland France. It applies to orders over €70 for delivery to a relay point and over €90 for home delivery.
