§ Identification data and contact details: your first and last names, the language and country from which you are interacting, your e-mail address, postal and delivery address, date of birth, your phone number, if you create an account: your login credentials, we have no visibility on your passwords.
By providing us with your date of birth, we can create special offers for that occasion.
§ Economic and financial information (payment): Your bank details (all payment transactions are encrypted by the receiving bank, we do not store credit card numbers), information on your purchases, orders, returns, outstanding payments, payment facilities, your personal preferences, your wish list.

® Data necessary for loyalty-building actions and prospecting: throughout the commercial relationship and for 3 years from the last purchase.

The responses provided are kept for evidentiary purposes for 5 years from the email confirming/refusing the processing of your request (according to article 2224 of the Civil Code). Personal data processed as part of a complaint to the CNIL will be kept for 10 years after the file is closed. If we ask for a copy of your ID, it will be kept for a maximum of 1 year and then permanently deleted.
If you have a customer account, you can also modify your personal details from your customer area. You can download and delete all information we have collected from your "My Account" area.
