Nos confections sont contrôlées par échantillons, et malheureusement, il se peut qu'il y ai des articles qui passent avec des défauts. Nous ne pouvons contrôler chaque article à la sortie de confection. Nous sommes vraiment navrés que vous soyez tombés sur un article mal confectionné qui ne reflète pas notre production et nos engagements qualité.
